2 days from the moment we have your photos and payment. When you fill in the order form you tell us the date you need it by, and we confirm that date in writing before you pay a penny. If we cannot hit your date, we say so up front rather than taking your money.

You do not pay to place an order. Fill in the form, upload your photos, and we will look through them and confirm we can make something great. Only then do we email you a secure payment link for $50. If your photos will not work well, we tell you before you pay.

Yes, in part. We use AI to generate the motion between your photos, which is what makes the transitions feel cinematic rather than like a slideshow. A person on our team chooses the order, writes the direction for every transition, reviews each one, redoes the ones that miss, and edits the final cut. The AI is the brush, not the artist.

Clear, reasonably sharp photos where the face is visible and the subject is fairly central. Photos taken years apart work beautifully — that contrast is the whole emotional point. Try to send photos that are all portrait or all landscape rather than a mix. Screenshots, heavily filtered images, and very small or blurry files are the ones that tend to disappoint.

Send up to 20. Around 12 is what fills the full minute, so anything beyond that gives us a real choice rather than extra length — we cull to the strongest set before we start. Fewer than 12 is fine too; you simply get a shorter video for the same price. If you are torn between two photos, pick the one where you can see their face most clearly.

Yes — there is a self-serve editor where you upload your own photos and the AI generates the transitions on the spot, with the first video free and extra generations from $4.99. It is instant and it is cheap, but you do the choosing, the redoing and the editing. The $50 service exists because most people ordering a gift would rather hand that over to someone else.

One round of changes is included, so tell us what is not working and we will fix it. If you are still unhappy after that, we refund you in full. We would rather lose $50 than send someone a gift they are not proud to give.

Almost every order is a gift, so yes — that is the point. We do ask you to confirm that the photos are yours to use and that the people in them would be comfortable with it. We do not accept photos taken from someone else without their knowledge.

They are stored privately, used only to make your video, and never used to train AI models or shared with advertisers. We delete them once your order is complete and the review window has closed. If you want them deleted sooner, email us and we will do it the same day.
